(Little Rock. 2/25/2006)  The Arkansas Realtors Association® has announced David and Patti Oates and Nan Gaddis, Realtors from the Mena Area Board of Realtors are recipients of the 2005 Award for Excellence.  The Oates Team received the Diamond Award for Excellence, the highest award achievable and Nan Gaddis received the Silver Award for Excellence.

The Award of Excellence® program recognizes outstanding professional performance during the calendar year 2005 utilizing statewide criteria.  It has five levels of achievement for Individual or Team recipients, both of who must be members in good standing of the Arkansas Realtors Association®.

The Mena Area Board of Realtors is one of twenty-eight local Realtor Boards over the state under the umbrella of the Little-Rock-based Arkansas Realtors Association®, which in turn is under the nationwide umbrellas of the Chicago-and-Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Realtors®.  Members of the local, state and national groups are identified by the registered membership mark, 'REALTOR®" and pledge adherence to the Realtor Code of Ethics®.
