Section 1. Original Town Site of Mena

1. Permitted Uses:

New Residential Structures.

2. Lot area:

One-family dwelling: Minimum 3,500 square feet.

3. Yard Requirements:

Front yard: 25 feet from property line or 50 feet from center line of existing right-of-way, whichever is greater.
Side yard: 8 feet from each property line. Exception: Open attached carport may be constructed to within 5 feet of one side yard boundary.
Side yard facing street: Same as front yard.
Rear Yard: Minimum of 20 feet from property line or center of alley where one exists.

4. Width:

Minimum with of a lot at the front yard or building line shall be 50 feet for one-family dwellings.

5. Height:

No building shall be more than 35 feet in height nor shall contain more than 2 1/2 stories, whichever is greater.

6. On-Lot Parking Space: One family:

All residential structures built within "The Original Town Site" of Mena shall provide for off street parking for the inhabitants.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with provisions contained herein are hereby repealed to the extent, and only to the extent, that they are in conflict with this ordinance. Ordinance No. 849 dated May 5, 1988.
