Ordinance No. 829	9/1/1987
An ordinance providing for the establishment of a flood damage prevention program for the City of Mena. The City of Mena has in effect and enforces the Flood Damage Prevention Regulatory Code.
Ordinance No. 914	11/6/1990

Ordinance No. 1028	3/5/1996
An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 914, Mobile Home Parks and Sub-Divisions, deleting the section which requires developers to install curbs and gutters. (This has already been deleted from C-3 on the VisionMena.com web site).
Ordinance No. 990	4/5/1994
An ordinance adopting sub-division regulations in the City of Mena, regulating the sub-division of land within the City of Mena, requiring and regulating the preparation and presentation of preliminary and final plats to the Planning Commission. Establishes minimum sub-division design standards, provides minimum improvements to be made or guaranteed to be made by the sub-divider, and sets forth the procedure to be followed by the Planning Commission in applying these rules, regulations, and standards.

This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 990, Sub-Division Ordinance, deleting teh section which requires developers to install curbs and gutters.
Ordinance No. 1092	3/7/2000
An ordinance regulating the construction of retaining walls and establishing permit fees in the City of Mena. This ordinance outlines the requirements for retaining wall construction, defines different kinds of acceptable retaining wall design, sets the permit fees involved, and establishes a penalty for violation of this ordinance.
Ordinance No. 2019	12/11/2001
An ordinance to adopt a code relating to a minimum drainage standards for the City of Mena. This ordinance adopts guidelines and standards which must be followed when installing any type of storm facility, whether an enclosed structure, pipe, open channel, ditch, or stream, or any elevation or embankment activities. The technical code detailing all requirements is a part of this ordinance. This ordinance also applies to Ordinance No. 990, Sub-Division Ordinance, and Ordinance No. 914, Mobile Home Parks and Sub-Divisions.
Ordinance No. 2031	9/10/2002
An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2019, relating to minimum drainage standards for the City of Mena. This ordinance clarifies the language in the Technical Code of the Drainage Ordinance to allow for waivers, variances, and appeals, sets site plan and inspection fees, and establishes a penalty for the violation of the provisions of this ordinance.
